Discount of 10%  available for repeat customers.

 

Rates are listed in Euros. We also accept GBP or US$. A deposit of 50% is due within 7days to secure the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date. 

 

Damage deposit is 25% of the rental rate which we will return within 10 working days of departure date provided there is no damage.

 

A small cleaning charge will be added for all bookings less than 7 nights.

 

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations and any request for changes to your reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons) must be made in writing by email, mail or facsimile. For cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival date 80% of your deposit will be refunded. For cancellations received within 60 days prior to arrival 100% of the deposit or rental (whichever has been received) will be forfeit. Should you have to cancel your reservation for any reason, we will make every effort to re-book the apartment to another guest and 80% of your rental fee will be returned to you for the nights rebooked. In some cases, you may be able to rebook your vacation at a later date, without any penalty.
